The R35 Rucksack Tow Float is our latest dual-purpose piece of swim kit, it’s a functional and comfortable rucksack designed to carry your gear whilst walking/running to or between swims, and then when you are ready to swim it turns into your Hi-Vis drybag tow float simply by detaching the rucksack straps and attaching the waist strap.
Once at the shore unclip the rucksack straps and place them inside the bag along with any items you wish to store in your tow float. Seal the drybag and inflate the 2 air chambers using the valves. Place the adjustable waist belt around your waist and off you go for your swim.
Exceptional function and safety design
The R35 Rucksack tow float has excellent functional and safety design features including padded rucksack straps that rest on your shoulders, a safety whistle integrated into the buckle, and reflectors on the front rucksack straps and on the rear of the bag. When in swim mode the reflective puffin logo will be visible on the top of the float for extra safety in low-light conditions.
The two inflation valves are low profile and designed so that they do not rest on the wearer’s torso.
Our Rucksack Tow Float is made with Recycled PET plastic certified by the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) for sustainability.
